Austina De Bonte (president of the board of directors of the Northwest Gifted Child Association) gave a talk on Equity in Highly Capable Programs. I wasn't able to attend, so I'm not sure how much overlap there was from this presentation of hers: Peeling the Onion - Equity in HiCap, but this is well worth a read.
